il Sogno, (The Dream), is located at the West end of the Full Goods Building - a former warehouse at the historic Pearl Brewery.  Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the European experience begins as you enter the casual restaurant where floor-to-ceiling pasta windows feature fresh pasta being rolled and cut by chefs daily.  The five-star food and service eatery, in a casual setting, features Italian fare found in the trattorias and osterias of Rome and Florence.

Owned by Andrew Weissman, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America - Hyde Park, NY campus, and a James Beard award nominated chef, il Sogno also offers al fesca dining on a beautifully landscaped courtyard patio, as well as an open-air upper deck (perfect for private dining and parties)!  Chef Weissman is also owner of the acclaimed Restaurant Le Reve, Sip Coffee & Espresso Bar, Big'z Burger Joint, and Sandbar Fish House & Market.
